The Lynbrook School District is thrilled to announce the appointment of Natacha Boyce as the new Director of School Counseling and Social Work. Mrs. Boyce has already hit the ground running as the school year begins, leading a dynamic and dedicated team of school counselors and social workers. Her leadership brings a fresh vision and a collaborative spirit to the district.
Mrs. Boyce is widely recognized for her innovative, student-centered approach to education. She is deeply committed to fostering academic achievement, social-emotional development, and college and career readiness for all students. Her passion for empowering students and her strong advocacy for their success aligns perfectly with Lynbrook’s values and mission.
A proud Long Island native, Mrs. Boyce enters her 19th year in education, having previously served in the Westbury, Riverhead, and Uniondale School Districts. Her career has been defined by her dedication to guiding students toward their full potential. She holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Old Westbury, a Master of Science in Educational Counseling from Long Island University, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership from The College of St. Rose.
