Curriculum and Instruction, Kindergarten through Grade 12
Lynbrook's curriculum is designed to help every student grow into the learner and citizen described in our Profile of the Owl. Each academic department outlines what students learn and when, aligned with the New York State Learning Standards and built to develop creative and critical thinking, real-life skills, social-emotional learning, and global citizenship.
Use this page to explore the curriculum by grade level or subject. Elementary families can view an overview of each grade from kindergarten through fifth grade. Secondary departments share the scope and sequence of their courses, including the units, topics, and standards students study along the way.
