Lynbrook School District is partnering with SCOPE Education Services to provide before- and after-school child care beginning September, 2026.
Registration for the Before- and After-School SCOPE Child Care Program will begin on Monday, May 18th at 6:00 a.m.

Registration Information
Registration opens on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6:00 AM.
Registration is online only: Click here to register for SCOPE Online.
Please note:
- Registration is first come, first served.
- Space is limited at all locations.
- New SCOPE families must create an online account before registering. You can create an account now before registration opens.

- Before School: 7:00 AM until the start of school
- After School: School dismissal until 6:30 PM
Program Options & Tuition
- Before School: $240/month
- After School: $412/month
- AM/PM Full-Time Combination Rate: $593.32/month
Child attends a minimum of 5 days per month.
- Before School: $75/month for first 5 days; $15 for each additional day
- After School: $121/month for first 5 days; $24.20 for each additional day
- 20% sibling discount for the second child; 40% discount for the third child
- DSS subsidies available for income-eligible families
- Reduced tuition available on an as-needed basis
- $40 registration fee per child; $60 registration fee per family
- Free lunch eligibility: 45% tuition reduction
- Reduced lunch eligibility: 37% tuition reduction
- Active military parent: free tuition
- Scholarships available — no child left behind due to financial need
- Pre-pay for the year: 5% discount
- No additional fee for credit card use
- September tuition will be charged July 15, 2026
- Tuition is non-refundable after August 8, 2026

Special Early Registration Incentives
Families who register by Friday, May 22, 2026 and pay the first month’s tuition upon acceptance may receive waived registration fees and automatic entry into the SCOPE Child Care Lottery.
Families may also choose to prepay for the full school year tuition and receive the above benefits plus a 5% discount.
