Lynbrook Public Schools

Lynbrook Schools hosts a community based program to support children of this community each year. Registration for the program is open to students entering kindergarten through eighth grade. Playground programs are offered on two campuses each summer and are staffed by teachers and college & high school students. Activities include sports and an arts and crafts program. Activities are conducted outdoors, weather permitting and indoors on rainy days. Private and parochial school students are invited. Information will be posted on ParentSquare and on the district website in the Spring.

Lynbrook Schools recently completed the Summer Playground program for all Lynbrook School District and Village of Lynbrook resident children entering kindergarten through 8th grade in September 2025.  The program served the needs of 609 students in grades K-8 and was a great success.
