2026-2027 Board Goals

By the end of the 2026–2027 school year, Lynbrook Public Schools will evaluate how well the Profile of the OWL is understood and being implemented across the district and identify areas of strength and opportunities for continued growth.

By the end of the 2026–2027 school year, Lynbrook Public Schools will build upon the integration of the Profile of the OWL into professional development, curriculum, and instruction and begin to incorporate its competencies into student experiences beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities, athletics, and student leadership.

By the end of the 2026–2027 school year, Lynbrook Public Schools will review district technology practices, including screen time, digital wellness, artificial intelligence, and the effective use of technology for teaching and learning, and develop recommendations to guide future practices.
